• Owns and communicates the Product/CX roadmap to gain buy- in from Executives and others throughout the organization
• Maintains the enterprise prioritization process and facilitates stakeholder decisions to meet company strategic goals
• Mentors team in utilizing qualitative and quantitative customer research methodologies to identify innovative product opportunities to increase market share and drive revenue growth
• Utilizes strong technical knowledge of product development, systems and software development lifecycle (SDLC) to facilitate efficient and sound business decisions
